I have to apologise for the relatively limited reproduction quality:

I got a copy from late Hans-Ulrich Widdel, somewhere in the 1990s, where most copy-machines engendered rather poor quality reproductions

However, for the technical freaks it is a most interesting contribution, because it also deals with the communications with the USA, but even as far as to Tokyo.
